Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags or accessories included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at help@LunaDiscounts. with photos and order details.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Customized or personalized products

Items marked as "final sale"
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
